Level 1 Mathematics

This course focuses on developing students' understanding of mathematical concepts and their application to abstract and real-world situations. Students will explore a variety of approaches to problem-solving and learn to use effective means for modelling, analysing and interpreting patterns and relationships. MAT100 consists of three Achievement Standards and will prepare students for further studies in Calculus and Statistics in years 12 and 13.
