Level 3 Hospitality is ideal for students interested in working in the Hospitality or Food industry. It enhances skills in food safety, coffee production and culinary techniques. Students will learn about managing food hazards, coffee origins and making pickles, chutneys and preserves. The course also covers culinary terms and espresso preparation providing practical experience and a career pathway in the Food industry.
