Level 1 English

Level 1 NCEA English introduces students to a broad range of texts and essential language skills. The course focuses on developing reading, writing, and oral communication abilities through the study of literature, film, and language. Students will learn to analyse and respond to different texts, enhancing their understanding of themes, characters, and language techniques. Assessments include internal and external assessments that measure students' proficiency in comprehension, text analysis, and writing.
