Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr R. McNab.

This course is not just an introduction to the Hospitality Industry, it also teaches valuable life skills. In general, it consists of 1 theory and 2 practical classes a week. The course looks at different food groups, how to identify good quality ingredients and introduces a range of cooking techniques and why they are suitable for the different ingredients.
