Level 2 Hospitality

This course builds on previous knowledge and skills by exploring cooking techniques in greater detail, focusing on food safety, and expanding baking skills to include pastries, breads, and barista techniques. It is designed for students interested in a career in hospitality as well as those with a general interest in food.
