Level 2 Pasifika Performing Arts (Dance)

This course explores traditional and contemporary Pacific cultural dance forms. You will develop choreography to express chosen ideas or themes and work in small groups to create dances for various scenarios. Participation in Poly Club and performances at school events and cultural festivals is required. Students must be willing to collaborate and actively contribute to class activities. Attendance from this year will be checked, and you will need to audition to assess your performance level, commitment, and choreographic skills.

Auditions will take place at the start of Term 4. They will be closed and only seen by a selected panel of current senior students and teaching staff.
