Prerequisites

To apply, please also register with Ms. Siencyn for access to the WTA application. The process includes completing a school-endorsed form and an interview. Your attendance record and attitude towards learning will be considered.  Please note choosing this option for Course Selection DOES NOT guarantee your place in the programme.


Level 3 Animal Care introduction. 42 credits (2 days per week) Suitable for L2 and L3 students

This is a course that uses a wide range of techniques that provides the students with the hands on experience in health and husbandry of companion animals. Students learn the correct care and animal handling techniques for cats, dogs and rabbits. Through this course, students learn the basics of hygiene management for animal housing and zoonosis. Our aim is to prepare and develop our student’s knowledge and skills to work in the industry or continue future study in the animal care and vet nursing field.
